The physical practice of yoga enables us to ‘be with what is’ both in our bodies and in our minds and it is often through the breath that we discover this.

Iyengar Yoga

Considered to be one of the more traditional forms of yoga in which postures are held for longer, it holds tremendous powers to benefit and heal the body.

Mixed Ability Classes

Yoga is not about touching your toes. It is what you learn on the way down.
– Jigar Gor

Morning Meditations

“Meditation is to be aware of every thought and of every feeling, never to say it is right or wrong but just to watch it and move with it. In that watching you begin to understand the whole movement of thought and feeling. And out of this awareness comes silence". -J. Krishnamurti

Restorative Yoga

A restorative practice is a softer, slow-paced style of yoga with a focus on the breath. It helps to restore the function of the Vagus nerve, which is responsible for the regulation of internal organ functions, such as digestion, heart rate, and respiratory rate.  As such it is directly affecting the parasympathetic nervous system,

It is suitable for All including those who suffer from minor injuries, or those with more chronic ailments.
